The lambs are seven weeks old now and weaning has begun in earnest. Two weeks from now and there will be no further bottle feeds. There are just so many olive branches down that there is a feast of accessible leaves for them. Scooter is really unhappy and bleating all day long. Awful to listen to.

Teaching Homer the dog and the three female cats that Mo is now family and not to be chased off the property is an interesting challenge. I will stroke the cat and make nice friendly noises while Homer stands staring and quivering all over. Electrified. The girl cats growl hiss and scratch.
