All Smiles

Hope had an invitation to go to the football yesterday with her best friend Josie and her dad, so I tagged along too and sat with Ben and Flynn.

Proverbial game of two halves, but Hope has now seen Hibs score and win, and she had a fab time as always with Josie. They met as babies in nursery and have been pretty inseperable ever since, maybe not as full on as it once was but they are just so lovely and relaxed in each others company. The dynamics do change a bit when there are others around, so this was them at their best, just after crossing the bridge over the railway from Albion Terrace to Bothwell Street. A magical journey.

And I was in the back of a convertable for the first time since 1990. Saab 9-3, bit more luxurious than a Herald.
