Wood splitting weekend

Two dear friends from Vernon BC stayed with us this weekend to help split and stack wood for next winter. Two friends from the Island joined us and the six of us split, hauled and put away 2 cords in one day. Whew! A sunny, clear day. Perfect for working. Fun, friendship and firewood! And lots of great food and wine.
