long run day...75 minutes. it was snowy, freezing, sunny and really beautiful. we went out craigdam way, up to meldrum house hotel down the bypass, round the dirt track then up mill road. 12k in total. it was good. we had a rosy glow on for the rest of the day.

the hardie's, leggat's and taylor's came round at night for a few drinks.
