Quite a social day today.

Coffee & cake with Nagina at lunchtime - good to catch up after quite a while. Well, a month.

Derek joined me at the ice hockey in Edinburgh in the evening, and I got all his news from the last month too.  Caps lost 3:4 in a game they dominated in all except goal scoring. That's fatal, of course.

I stopped for a sandwich in South Queensferry on the way into Edinburgh and got my Blip there. The old ferry pier and the 2 road bridges.

No ill health to report, and feeling fine. Just have to keep taking the pills, as they say.
