Desolation Row

Sad to see this. It's Crieff High Street and the town nearest to the farm where I grew up in the 80's. The one on the left was Campbells the newsagent , a family business which was open for years and years and years. Friendly, professional and able to get you any book or magazine you wanted. Sad to see it shut. The one on the right, I think, was  Lawsons the jeweller, owned by the parents of Scottish Actor Denis Lawson of Star Wars and Local Hero fame. He was also the Uncle of Ewan McGregor of Star Wars fame too, and of course Trainspotting. It's shut now as well.
