A bit of colour on a grey day

We allowed teasels to grow in a section of the garden this year and it has certainly paid off as the goldfinches love them. They also love lavender seeds -- so just as well I never cut them back at the end of summer. An untidy slightly chaotic garden pays off!!
What a change in the weather-- after yesterday's glorious weather today was dismal, dismal, dismal!
