This delightful product is part of a cleaning out process in preparation for tomorrow's colonoscopy.

As my father died of bowel cancer at the age of 50, my brother and I have to take part in a regular screening programme. I've no problem with the procedure but the preparation is dire. It causes me to pass out!

I'm a bit hungry now as I've eaten very little for 3 days :)
