Chummy

Is it just me or is this a chummy looking chicken?

Another early trip to not-so-sunny Fife this morning for day 2 of S's course. Then back
this evening to pick her up and off to
the Ping On for a celebratory meal, seeing as she passed.

So the chicken has been reprieved and won't hit my stomach until tomorrow! I had fun today, adapting an 'aromatic duck' recipe into 'aromatic chicken'. Took forever to make but well worth it I think, based on the terrific chicken wings that I noshed as a sampler. Just as well, cos I'll be eating it for most of the week!
