Another Sunday. Thought I'd better run. 4.7 miles. First real run of 2017. Felt ok if a little slow. Looking forward to my new bed settee! Hopefully won't be as achy! Listened to Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling with Sami Callihan. Good listen as always.
