I have started running again - hope to enter the Great North run later this year but at present just enjoying pulling on my gear and going for a morning jog.   Today was dull but warm for the time of year and I managed a 5k in 30 mins.    Blip is a photo of my well worn running shoes.  

More or less finished my essay for OU today - taken far too long and I need to get better at planning and a little  more ruthless in editing. Still quite pleased with how its coming along and hope to have it submitted well before the due date on Thursday.
