Obliging - to a point!

Sis and I drove back from sunday lunch at my aunts house. We both spotted a large bird on one of the trees and both simultaneously decided to drive back with cameras to see if it was still there. Of course as soon as we shut the car door it flew off but landed on a tree further along the road. We walked along slowly and barrelled off a few shots. None are very clear because we were a good distance away but this is the clearest one of the bunch.
Not sure whether it is a buzzard or a marsh harrier. With wings closed looks more like a buzzard but the shots of it in flight it shows the harrier markings.
