My Dear Fellow,

A most quiet day today. I went out to get some healthy food after Er Indoors said she felt like something a bit more nutritious and sustaining.

So, one trip to Waitrose later, and the fridge was full of good stuff. Unfortunately, Er Indoors then took ill again. It was almost like a re-run of last week. In fact, if anything she seemed a little worse.

However, it cleared up after a couple of hours. I'm going to put it down to her still having a sensitive tum following the events of last week. Fortunately she's now back to normal and maybe we'll get a chance to eat that healthy food on Sunday.
