2017 Saturday -- Glass House

This is possibly my favorite photo today. If I knew how to put my "extra photos" in here, I would; but I don't (I think I have to use my computer to post extras; I'm using my phone).

Anyway, back on July 27 I posted a photo of this glass house and wrote that I am fascinated with this place. I see the glass house from our bedroom window every morning, unless it is foggy.

But it's not the house that causes this to be my favorite photo today. It's the man and his dogs! That's my man and my dogs. That's Mr. Fun and Max & Mitzi.

One month ago today we arrived here in Cayucos on California's Central Coast. We've enjoyed these days thoroughly and completely. We've exited a season and entered the next. We exited a month and entered the next. We've celebrated several holidays. We've experienced rain, wind, and chilly cold, (but no snow). We've gone out to eat a couple times, but seldom really. We've read some, written some, and listened to a lot of music, but mostly we've watched the sky and the water, and occasionally the birds that fly bye. And . . .

And we've discovered that we just might survive retirement, constant togetherness, when we reach that destination of both of us being retired. So we're gonna practice some more to make sure that this is not just beginner's luck.

And all of that came tumbing out when I look at this photo, my favorite for today.
