Wired Up

One of Asia's notable characteristics is their crazy telecommunication wiring system! Vietnam is no exception - its probably the worst I've seen so far... It was business as usual this morning on the streets of Hanoi, although did seem rather subdued this morning.

This was my breakast view - looking down on the somewhat lazy laneway that my regular hotel is situated on. I got a bit wired up whilst ordering, partly due to communication break-down, partly because I was tired and slightly hung over from a late night out, partly because I was so starving I was ready to eat the menu! I did eventually get my banana lassie that I was so deperately craving and then tipped because I felt bad for being a grouchy westerner. Sometimes I'm just not a morning person. Early to bed for me tonight!
