Tooth fairy

We had a good bit of fresh air this morning after dropping by town for a couple of jobs we went to the nature discovery, figuring that C&R needed a run around to let some steam off.

At first we had the big park all to ourselves so C whizzed down the pipe slide and R climbed up and down trying out the slightly bigger than usual slide! both loved it and R soon had lots of mud patches on her suit to prove it!

We explored a bit more and tried out the other park - R loved C pushing her on the swing and rocking things and he liked being in charge!

Home for lunch and naps then we did puzzles in the afternoon which was quite therapeutic.

C's 2nd tooth fell out at lunchtime and he was all set/excited for the tooth fairy until he gave us a curveball. After getting into bed Charlie emerged crying saying he didn't want to lose his tooth, it was very special and he wanted to keep it. We agreed that perhaps if he left a note the TF would agree he could keep it. Cue some hasty note writing by C at about 8pm! All sorted in the end and C went to bed calmer! We'll see what she brings overnight. xx
