Coffee and cake

After a wet walk up to Aber Falls in the morning, we spent a much nicer afternoon wandering around Llyn Padarn at Llanberis. We didn't venture too far up the hill, but stopped outside the old slate quarry hospital for a coffee (courtesy of my new bargain thermos bought at Tesco in the morning) and fruit cake (courtesy of the owner of the cottage we're staying in) - very tasty. Shame the cloud was obscuring the summit of Snowdon but that was the story for most of the week!
