Morning Smoothy

There has to be balance in life and the correct coloured straw with the smoothy, is essential. 

Our lovely (British/Swedish) friends from Sweden HarlingDarling and keibr visited over the Christmas period and left us with some kefir grains which we have been growing and drinking (the milk product they produce) every day since.  We now have lots and clearly need to hand some on to other people.

Never mind buying those expensive pro-biotic drinks in little plastic bottles - cut out the waste and make your own brilliant drink for free in a glass jar!!  Oh - and make sure you have the right collection of thick, coloured, straws to maintain the visual balance (I'm only half joking!)
