Seen in Glasgow

I would normally avoid going into Glasgow on a Saturday, but it was a chance to collect an online purchase and  to meet up with D#1 for the first time since Christmas.

The city was looking very attractive in today's sunshine, so I took lots of photos and have whittled them down to four :

   ~   both the Duke of Wellington and his horse sporting traffic cones;

   ~   a Buchanan Street musician's dog holding the cap in which to place monetary offerings in its mouth. Although it looks in the photo as if people are giving him a wide berth, there had been several folk putting money into the cap seconds earlier;

   ~   the viewing tower of The Lighthouse; and

   ~   a side view of the pillars of the GOMA in Royal Exchange Square.

Better in large.

Extra - here endeth the lesson on how to maintain marital harmony.
