Real mint Tea

This is how to make a proper mint tea, pick fresh mint, pour on boiling water, wait 5 minutes, drink lovely refreshing tea.

I made this at the theatre recently and most of the under 18's thought I was some sort of a hippy, druid, nutter as apparently mint tea is supposed to come from a supermarket in little bags with nutritional information on the box.

Pah, I challenge anyone to make a nicer mint tea than this one !
