All New Urmelhose

It was a very sad day when my Urmelhose died - my favourite trousers to wear at home. 

And so I ordered 2 new pairs. 

And they sent me 3 and didn't charge me for the third pair.

Maybe it was meant as some sort of apology for every rubbish experience that I've had with Customer Service.  Mind you that'd need much more than a pair of dinotrousers.
