Spotted in the Woodland

The estate groundsmen were grateful for a sunny, dry day for clearing fallen branches and brambles in the Woodland after the recent damp, misty weather. The sound of the chainsaws reminded me of the sound of the woodsmen working in the forest around my great aunt and uncle's house in DeLand, Florida. The fragrance from the trees reminded me that even an English winter can bring a touch of the exotic.
