Yesterday I got the all clear from my GP to go running so I wasted no time in having a gentle run up Carnethy this morning, when the blue skies and light snow cover added to the pleasure of getting out. Indeed, it was so nice that I had a pootle around in the Estate (see extra, with Carnethy in the background) rather than run straight home. 

I coughed for the first 400m and a bit when I got back, but feel so good for getting out.
