I think the question may be; is it art?

I spent the day in London, it was a kind of Olympics day out around galleries and exhibitions. There were Olympic themed activities at The Museum of London, the British Library and then a slight connection at the V&A.

There were many scenes and images that could be blipped - and I have struggled to decide which image to use for today's blip!!!

I decided upon this one, it is located at the V&A Museum Brompton Road entrance. Is it art?
