The Story Continues

I picked this Robin as my Blip for today because he seems to be confused; he was flying into the window which is usually reserved for mating time. The glass is getting dirtier by the moment as he smashes himself into the glass.....then he goes back to the Flowering Cherry tree to rest or grab a snack.  You can see that the snow still clings to the tree branches and that any drips are turning to icicles. Then if you look in the background you can see the deep grooves established by cross country skiing neighbors on the golf course.  The sun was out for awhile but was covered with clouds that stayed with us for the rest of the day. No more snow, but the snow we have is not going away. The cold is staying awhile  only to be replaced with lots of rain next week. We have icy roads so I have stayed in for another day. (I know this is not the best photo taken through the tinted window, but it told the story for today)
