Dusk from the Office Window

Cold again. the snow that has affected the rest of the country has, as usual, missed Edinburgh. The ice has not. A short ride in to work using the main roads. Today I am fortunate and the traffic lights are mostly in my favour.

A quick trip down to Inverleith Pond at lunchtime, where there is no ice, and the wildlife is not really playing ball.

At this time of year, this far north, dusk occurs while I am still at work. So my blip is of the snow on the Ochils as seen from the window. The snow that has, yet again, missed Edinburgh apart from a few wee patches that seem to be on the route I take on my cycle ride home.
