Floods.

the  boys were planting beans on part of this patch of land, and I was bemoaning the lack of rain.

Today the torrents came and I realise that sometimes you have to be careful  what you wish for.

Down by the wall we built a lovely channel to take the water down the hill from the road, but no one thought to clean it out, and so the disaster.

No one died..... yet

More ridges....... more beans and now more water
