The Friday Assault!!

The snow sure fell this morning, thick and fast really. I looked out of my window when I got up to see sheet ice and wondered how dicey it would be getting to school. I looked out again at 6am to see a blizzard howling past the window and when I looked again at 6:10am the road was covered!

I made it into school, parking 20 mins stroll away, and I've made it home, again parking on the main road below my cottage about 20 minutes walk down the lane. I don't want to risk having to negotiate ice tomorrow when I have plans to head to Hebden Bridge. Fingers crossed by Sunday when the rain arrives, Dash will be able to go for a play!

Stay toasty, it is perishing!!! I'm off for a bubbly bath!
