Stitches

Off work again today after another rubbish nights' sleep. I'm finding that because I can't relax my back and shoulders properly, I'm getting a lot of tension aching. Rich changed my dressing today and I must say this doctor seems to have done a much better job than the one that initially removed the cyst 5 years ago. There's barely any blood and the stitches look so neat.
