Little Grebe(Tachybaptus ruficollis)

Two very pretty juvenile Little Grebes swimming on the lake. They are again a very secretive, shy bird, they also seem to spend most of their time diving looking for small fish and you never know where they will pop up again. A lovely sight, I think these must be brother and sister as non family members are not tolerated and these sweet looking birds can be very aggressive to other Grebes and other birds. You usually hear them before you see them!
