Defaced

It was sunny for a good portion of the day, but when I finally decided to get out for a walk, it clouded up and began to lightly rain on and off for the couple of hours I was out.

On Valencia Street at 20th is Dog Eared Books, and currently, there is construction or renovation at the adjacent building. There is a wooden structure in place to block people's view of what's going on, and like any blank temporary surface, posters and stickers and graffiti have been applied to it.

Robin Williams was a Bay Area fixture, despite his Hollywood fame, and there is always something moving about seeing his image around town since his death. I found this partial visage even more moving.
