Glorious sun today! A wonderful walk in winter's beauty with sunlight glistening on the snow.  I took this photo from the car a few miles from home as we returned from a trip into town to get supplies. 

This evening the full moon casts shadows on the snow of bare branched trees. It is 11 F/ -11.6 C. An excellent night to sit by a warming fire.

The extras include: A glass door decorated with ice crystals and Mt. Adams, the tip of Mt. Rainier and the Goat Rocks lit by the setting sun.
