Whether it's cold

Or whether it's hot
We shall have weather
Whether or not.

Today, sunny and freezing.
The bike riders are out of luck.
The sun is melting the snow from the trees.
Still impossible to drive without chains.
Streetcars running on my route, so I made it downtown.

The Oregon Zoo showed off ecstatic polar bears and seals. 
Even the elephants were happy in the snow.

Tomorrow, more sun, still below freezing.
