Tree of life
The news today has been dominated by the "severe weather" and snow that's affecting large parts of the UK - not that it's especially surprising (or newsworthy) as it's Winter! Maybe it's achieved such prominence it's affecting the south of the country?! More unusual is the fact that gales and high tides are expected to cause a huge tidal surge along the east coast of England, and thousands of people are due to be evacuated from their homes tomorrow morning.
There's been a scattering of snow on the Cheviot hills today, but nothing more than a couple of brief snow flurries as yet in North Northumberland.
Something of an emergency blip late this evening! The wooden Tree of Life was a birthday present from MrM, and it now has pride of place on the kitchen wall.
