Who needs sweets?
A bowl full of fruit with a small helping of ice cream. It hasn't taken me too long to get used to eating lots of fruit. I have got into a routine of getting lunch bag ready before I go to bed.
Definitely got more energy, more focus. When people ask me how I am, I am able to say "I'm good actually" rather than mumbling something vague and changing the subject.
I am also 10 days without painkillers. I still have pain, but feeling more able to manage it. So just on 6 tablets a day now, not 10 or 12.
That's progress.
