It's important to talk
Well that was quite a Blipmeet and the biggest yet as far as I know. Twenty one of us met at the Salvation Army cafe on the north side of the millennium bridge although admittedly four were groupies. It was a huge pleasure to meet Emma Davies who I think was amazed to find so many Blippers in one place.
Coffee was had, lunch eaten and then it was out into the rain for the walk across the bridge to Tate Modern where we had tickets for the Elton John Photography Exhibition. I have to admit to being a tad disappointed as it wasn't quite what I was expecting, although as I reflect on it, I think I'll change my mind.
Tea and cake consumed we headed to Blackfriars for what turned into a tedious journey home due to signalling problems. No doubt too much sleet on the tracks, although there was no snow in Bedford. I think you'll find Nicoiseannie and I had the same idea for today's blip.
