Sorted!

Book group at mine. Chicken and pomegranate thing that I cooked on Sunday tasted a bit too sweet but I managed to remedy it with lots of salt and pepper and some fish sauce before everyone arrived. Was a bit disappointed with the plum and ginger trifle though- a bit too much custard and cream and not enough fruit. Nice to see everyone, though we didn't have a book to discuss. Not a lot of clearing up either, so one dishwasher load was all it needed. Had a good meeting at work re a future role for me- though this had happened before so we will see what materialises!
