Good morning

I was welcomed by this beautiful sunset as I was leaving my flat to go to work. Sorry to give you another sky, I'll try something different next time. However, I didn't use my mobile phone this time, I used a camera!

I was feeling tired and slightly dizzy and queasy. I didn't have a good sleep following the small surgical operation as my wound was in pain. I was in pain in the morning as well, so I had to take more painkillers. I didn't feel great during the day at work, but the dizzy and queasy feeling seemed to wear off towards the end. Work was quietish but I kept busy training a new member of staff.

Apparently there had been a very strong wind overnight and I didn't hear a thing. I must have had some sleep after all..

I took it easy in the evening and went to bed early again. I hope the wound heals soon.
