Blue Skies, Orchards and Well-laid Hedges

So in the morning I felt so much better, with renewed energy and vigour. We took a walk out in the sunshine - and probably over did it! Hey ho.

Still, it's lovely to see the countryside lighting up under a growing if still winter Sun. The local hedges have all been laid, and you can still see the mistletoe hanging in the apple trees of this small orchard.

In the afternoon everything went wrong, from dropped china to burned bread. And despite putting a full charge into the bike battery, there's still an engine management light that won't go out... diagnostic reader arriving tomorrow.

I'm sure this rotten cough thing is relinquishing its grip. Spring will soon be here. The birds are already singing. I shall not despair!!!
