Ladies who lunch

Naomi trying to encourage her dog to like babies as she is hoping for one herself soon. Arthur not even bothered about the dog more interested in Naomi's breasts!! Terrible pic but the only one I took! Ladies lunching today along with a very heavily pregnant Eleri (a week overdue getting annoyed!) lovely catch up! Can't wait to meet the new addition to the cardiology team.
