Today I have run physically and metaphorically. 
I have also not seen the wood for the trees while staring at something for a long time and then had it pointed out to me - with hilarious effect!

It is cold, or I am cold, so dinner prep has started early. 
If you had smell-o-vision you'd be hungry right now too ;)
