Grey Wagtail

Almost a shot I avoided taking! No sun,grey sky.dark,dank river bank.
 Then I remembered what I had achieved with the noise reduction software I had discovered? 
   So hand held at 1/100 sec.@ f6.3 and ISO 5000.I took a dozen shots or more?
   The final result is far from pin sharp.But the effect is almost 'Painterly'?
Almost 'Artistic'!
