Cook for Syria

I bought my mum the #CookForSyria book for Christmas and decided to treat my parents and Myles to Syrian spread. We had some mezze to start with and chickpea aubergine stew with almond baked chicken for main. The book has some excellent and easy recipes and all the profits go to Syrian aid charities.
