Morning

Despite not sleeping too well I still woke at the usual time but it did give me the chance to get a photo of the sunrise.
I went to be with an elderly (100 next month and still out most weeks)  church member who was having a visit from someone about her card from the Queen as her family members weren't able to make it.
Then home and a 7mile run, the longest for 2 months and a bit of a struggle). After lunch did a bit of tidying in the garden before it clouded over.
