Shadows

Usually I try to get a bit of extra piano practice in on a Tuesday as my lesson is later today. Instead of playing an idea popped into my head and I decided to look at it differently to see if I could make an interesting photo out of it by focusing on a particular part. The challenge of playing the notes became secondary for a while to photographing them. Choosing between the photos became tricky and my eye turned to the different types of detail I had inadvertently included in the different shots. Eventually I settled on this as I like the shadows and hopefully I will now turn my attention back to playing!
