Ensalada Paradiso

Back in Turin on our way home, I had the Salad of Paradise at a cafe, which I won't name. All that I can say is that I think Paradise ought to be able to offer something a bit more colourful and spectacular than this. How about a spot of tomato and an olive or two? But there we are.
