Plugged in

An interesting day for cycling today. Everyone in London who never cycle decided to give it a go today - or run, preferably in the road. Needless to say drivers were pretty fed up so all in all an interesting commute.

Pleased to have made it to the gym at lunchtime. Made it through the afternoon with extra helpings of strong tea.
