Wasp????

Out in the garden for today's blip. The weather isn't too great, a bit overcast, so thought I would get a 'blip' before the rain came. I spotted this wee wasp...I think it is a wasp....first one I have seen this year! He was exploring the begonia. Got this just before he flew off to pastures new!
