The ladies in Pokeno

We drove down from the Bay of Islands yesterday to stay for a couple of nights with our God daughter and her lovely girls.

It was the Pokeno Sunday market and being a wee place, everyone seems to know everyone else.
E's friend belongs to a bike club and he was happy to let the wee ones sit on the latest model. Looks like fun to me!

We had coffee to let the girls investigate their $2 lucky dis, which kept them entertained for ages, then it was off to Graeme's for a barbeque and a look round his bit of land. He plans to refurb a container as a B+B when he has finished building a paddock for the cows. Plenty to keep him occupied that's for sure.
We watched a lovely film from here-the Hunt for the Wilderpeople which I really enjoyed.
