First you prepare the food.....

As you can see tonight we will mainly be eating vegetables and rice - the worlds number one staple.

I think I could really get into this food photography malarky using natural light and spot metering. Today I gave the big Canon a go with very good results except the slight wide angle doesn't quite get it right.

Now I've just got to cook it.
